LPT goes MUNICH
From June 24 until 27, 2019 the Institute of Photonic Technologies organizes the “Photons in Production” special exhibit at the LASER World of PHOTONICS 2019 in collaboration with the Bayerisches Laserzentrum GmbH (blz), the Institute for Machine Tools and Industrial Management (iwb) at the Technical University of Munich and the Messe München International, once again.
Live laser demonstrations and a variety of topics on display will provide a glimpse into the vast potential of modern laser technologies. This year’s motto “Smart Production“ will be embodied by the following themes:
- Measurement of welding depth by in-situ process monitoring
- Laser beam welding with blue light
- Interactive determination of absorption properties
- Joining of polymers with metals
- Measurement of surface profiles of laser-structured parts
- Manufacturing of battery cells
- Additive Manufacturing
- Laser safety
Furthermore, the conference Lasers in Manufacturing – LiM 2019 will take place within the framework of the World of Photonics Congress from June 23 until 27, 2019 at Messegelände München. This event, which is organized by the German Scientific Laser Society (WLT), is not only the perfect platform for efficient knowledge transfer in the field of lasers and their applications but also provides an ideal complement for your visit of the LASER World of PHOTONICS 2019 (27.05.19).
